In 2019, we expanded our passion for flame and flavour with the launch of Kasai, our British-made take on the traditional Japanese Konro Grill. These lined box grills, inspired by centuries of Japanese grilling mastery, have quickly become a cult favourite among chefs. Using Binchotan charcoal, they deliver an experience like no other: when fat and juices hit the coals, a flavour-rich cloud envelops the food, creating a beautifully even sear with a subtle kiss of smoke - without the bitterness or flare-ups of standard grills.
In 2022, we introduced the INKA Edition - a new generation of British-made charcoal ovens that combine sleek design with unmatched performance.
